Qualified candidates for this in-house role (contract-to-hire) will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts to determine risk and mitigation strategies.  Prior in-house or law firm experience are highly desired.

Spanish Fluent Document Review -Attorneys Needed

PartnerJD is seeking licensed attorneys (active and in good standing in any jurisdiction) who are fluent in Spanish for an upcoming Spanish language document review project with our law firm client in Richmond, Virginia, beginning the week of May 18th. The project will be conducted in Richmond and the expected project duration is 2-3 weeks. The hourly pay rate will be $38.00 with a standard 40 hour work week schedule (Monday through Friday). No remote work options are available at this time. Also, reviewers will be expected to successfully complete the ALTA Spanish language test.
