Commercial Real Estate Paralegal

PartnerJD is seeking a commercial real estate paralegal for one of our AmLaw 100 firm clients in Richmond, VA. The candidate will provide a range of legal support and administration to lawyers and other legal professionals. At least five years’ experience with commercial real estate transactions, law firm and/or Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac experience is preferred. The candidate must be knowledgeable in drafting and tracking transaction documentation, title and survey review/analysis, and preparing closing checklists and timelines. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills and have strong attention to detail.
